نصيحة ماحدش يشترك في باكيدجات ياجماعه…. انا عملت باكيدج ١٢ سيشن (Lpg)ودفعت ٣٢ الف وبعدها مابقتش الاقي مواعيد اصلا زحمه جدا والسيشن بتروح عليا…. رحت الغيها
تخيلوا انا عملت ٥ جلسات بس من اصل ١٢ ….
اخدوا عليهم ٢٤ الف ونص ورجعولي ٧ الاف & ك ….

ابشع مكان ممكن حد يجي معندهمش اي مواعيد ولا انتظام و فيه كميه عشوائيه في المكان مش طبيعيه و فوق كل ده اسعارهم مش مقابل الخدمه اللي بيقدموها يعني مش فاهمه ده اسمه ايه بقي

أنا روحت امبارح فرع التجمع وكنت عايزه اعمل الحقن اللي بتحفز نمو الشعر
اولا في التليفون بيقولوا لك ٢ ملي هتدفعي حقهم وتستخدميهم واما تطلبي انك تشوفي ايه الحقنه دي عباره عن ايه ومكوناتها ايه ، يرجعوا تاني يقولوا كلام مختلف هو ملي ونصف اسالها يعني هدفع تمن الملي ونصف تقولي لا هتدفعي تمن ٢ ملي
تاني حاجه الدكتوره اللي اشتغلت معايا دكتوره اسمها مريم سمير وأيديها تقيله جدا كانها بتضرب الحقنه في جماد مش دماغ انسانه ، جابتلي صداع مع اول ضربه ابره رهيب عينيا دمعت من الوجع وفروه شعري جابت دم

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم لعدم الامانه ومستوي الطبيب

I went yesterday to Groovy Clinic, Fifth Settlement branch in Concord Mall, to receive an injection called Growth Factor to stimulate hair growth.

First Issue:

• Over the phone, they informed me that the cost for 2 ml would be [price], but upon arrival, when I inquired about the injection’s contents and the substances used, they told me it’s actually 1.5 ml.
• I agreed to pay for the 1.5 ml, but they insisted on charging me for the full 2 ml.
• I found this inconsistency frustrating and felt it was unfair to pay extra without clear justification.

Second Issue:

• I was attended to by Dr. Mariam Samir.
• I do not recommend dealing with her due to the following reasons:
• Her injection technique was very harsh.
• She administered the injection to my scalp with such force that it felt like she was injecting a non-living object.
• This resulted in an immediate severe headache, bleeding in my hairline, and pain in my neck near the lymph nodes.
• Naturally, I couldn’t continue the session and decided to leave.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and would advise others to exercise caution when considering treatments at this clinic.
