فندق الماسا، مدينة نصر

My stay on 22 January 2026 was extremely disappointing. At checkout, I was falsely accused of using minibar items, which I did not consume. Despite explaining this, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen, and I was charged anyway with no proper discussion or investigation.

What made this experience worse is that this happened on my wedding day. Instead of showing basic understanding or flexibility, the hotel showed zero empathy and zero customer care.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for important occasions.

كانت إقامتي بتاريخ 22 يناير 2026 مخيبة للآمال للغاية. عند تسجيل الخروج، تم اتهامي زورًا باستخدام محتويات الميني بار رغم أنني لم أستخدمها نهائيًا. حاولت توضيح الأمر، لكن تعامل الموظفين كان غير مهني، وقح، وبدون أي رغبة في الاستماع، وتم تحميلي الرسوم دون أي تحقيق أو نقاش حقيقي.

الأسوأ من ذلك أن هذا الموقف حدث في يوم زفافي، وهو يوم يفترض فيه على الأقل إظهار قدر من التفهم والاحترام، وهو ما لم يحدث إطلاقًا.

تجربة غير مقبولة، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق خاصةً في المناسبات المهمة.

الفندق يجذبك بالساحات والحدائق الخارجيه الجميله فقط ولكن تصدم عندما تحجز غرفه انها لاترقي الي مستوي شقه مفروشه… اثاث مستهلك.. رائحة مزعجه بالغرفه من الفرش والحمام فوط تشم ريحة الاستهلاك من قدمها… الخدمات

The hotel attracts you with its beautiful outdoor courtyards and gardens only, but you are shocked once you book a room to find that it doesn’t even meet the standard of a furnished apartment.

The furniture is worn out, there is an unpleasant smell in the room coming from the bedding and the bathroom, and even the towels smell old and heavily used.

The services do not meet hotel standards at all.
