The worst place I’ve ever been to. The hospitality is terrible. They only let in people who are regulars and keep everyone else waiting, even when the ratio doesn’t justify it. No matter how many girls entered the place, they kept giving the same excuses.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I waited for over 3 hours, and the guy at the door, Kamal, was completely unhelpful. He kept saying, “You’re not rejected, just wait a little longer,” but I stood there for hours watching other people get in while he continued making excuses.
Even the reservation manager was checking the situation, yet nothing changed. It seemed like if someone knew people inside, they could get in regardless, while others were left waiting for no reason.
What frustrated me the most is that I respected the rules, waited patiently, and had friends already inside, yet I was still denied entry. After hours of waiting, all I got was, “Sorry, we’re at full capacity.”
This place acts like it’s exclusive and classy, but the way they treat people is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone put themselves through this experience. The staff need to learn professionalism, respect, and how to treat customers properly

We stayed at the Sheraton for three nights while doing the usual tourist stuff. Emotionally and physically exhausted at the end of the day we ate in the hotel. Good mixture of traditional and European dishes. Service was great and attentive especially Omar Mostafa at breakfast who introduced us to Fetter with Tahini and black honey to set us up for our last day.
