I have been a client for elle salon for the past 8 years. Lately many many many horrible situations are happening.
Multiple times i call them ask about specific someone to do my hair, they tell me yes come he’s free.
I go i end up waiting 1-2 hours just to start doing my hair despite the call. They just care that u come but for service no.
Never received an apology as if it’s totally normal to sit for two hours waiting to do my hair. And taking 2-3 clients same time as me. Ruining my day my work schedule. Despite the stuff that are very unprofessional to extent of rudeness.
They dont care about their clients or customers satisfaction or handle any situation. will NEVER go again.

The worst time and service ever in my life in this place which unfortunately was near my house so I decided to try. From the moment I entered the nails area. I was disappointed by how can a nail salon leave their staff inside talking loud and I was uncomfortable by their loud talks which shouldn’t be the case as in any beauty salon the place should be calm with some music and the place should be relaxing not hearing all the teams talks. Second the Gel polish lady was unprofessional as of course she wasn’t concentrated because of her talk with her colleagues which really was frustrating me. And over and above 2 days after the gel polish all my nails was broken and the gel fall which make it 0 worth the value of many which wasn’t cheap “750 EGP “ I would rather pay them in a professional place. I DONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE. I don’t have the time to waist to repeat my nails and stay another 3 hours in another place te redo it . Now I have to cut all my nails and go redo it and pay again for their mistake

Love the salon. Love the location. Love the staff. Love all of it. I especially love that they’re open at 8 a.m. No other salon is open that early. And as an added bonus you get a discount for going in early 🥰😍🕺 what more can a girl ask for ??? George is absolutely awesome for styling hair. And they also have tons of other stylists. So you’re guaranteed a short wait if you go in without an appointment. I’ve seen the girls disinfect all of the nail polish bottles early in the morning. That’s a great thing to do in this awful time of corona. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and everyone is in a mask. Two thumbs up.
