Great hotel . Right across the road from the pyramids.
We stayed in the king room with a balcony on the front but it was to noisy so moved to a room at the back .
The roof top restaurant is now closed in and only has a long table outside and it’s tight . It’s not like the pictures .
Apart from the noisy room everything was great .
The picture is from the balcony .
I made booking at this hotel through Agoda , coming over from the airport to the hotel to check in at 1.00 am they have asked for marriage certificate! They didn’t allow us to enter and I had to look for another hotel and pay for the car ! Looking for Hotel at 2 am !! This wasn’t mentioned through the website or Agoda. For other people to know this issue.
Regarding the reception guy was nice however I need to wait almost one hour for a respond from his manager regarding this issue.
Well the hotel is ok for 3 stars but last day they didnt bother to clean the room!!! Maybe because next day we were leaving!!!!!! We were 4 rooms and that happened to all of us!!!
Breakfast was ok and the personal was polite!!!!
In one room all 3 days they dint put pillowcases at all!!! Wifi didnt work for one day at all in the room!!! Anyway thats just for your information!!!
The hotel has a very strategic location, directly facing the Pyramids of Giza, and from this point of view it is definitely a strong choice. The room was fine, overall modern and comfortable enough. The staff, especially at the reception, was generally polite and helpful.
We also had lunch at the hotel on our last day before leaving for Luxor and it was good, served as a buffet and perfectly acceptable.
Unfortunately, the real weak point of the hotel is the breakfast. It was well below the level of the rest of the structure. The organization was very poor, with many staff members present but little actual service. Communication in English was extremely limited, which led to misunderstandings even for very simple requests like asking for bottled water or eggs. The breakfast itself was disappointing, with very limited options and low quality. After the first morning, we decided to skip it entirely the next day.
In summary, the location is excellent and some aspects of the hotel are good, but the breakfast experience seriously needs improvement to match the overall level of the property.
