I would like to tell you that this hotel is absolutely wonderful, and I spent the best days of my life there. I hope to repeat it many times over. A huge thank you to the dedicated employee, Mohamed Elsayed, who helped me immensely and made every day at the hotel easy and enjoyable.

The staff was really kind and helpful. They will help you with everything, and are not pushy at all! The kitchen upstairs is open 24/7, and they have a lot of options on the menu. The view upstairs was also really nice! The room was not exactly how we thought it would be. The pictures and videos seemed better. The sink was leaking and had some little holes in it, and the door of the shower wasn’t completely closed, every time after using the sink or shower the floor got flooded… In your room you could hear everything outside. The cleanness of the room also disappointed, some weird staines on the floor, and the sheets didn’t look exactly clean. Our room didn’t have any windows so we felt a little trapped. To be honest for the price we paid we expected it to be a little nicer, but maybe because we came in December the prices were up

Although we had a good view of the pyramids and the service was serviceable, the bed sheets were 100% dirty including a lot of hairs and interesting looking stains. We were also made to swap rooms at one stage because our room wasn’t ready yet. Pretty average stay in a very average city

I stayed at a hotel in Cairo and honestly had a great experience. The staff made me feel safe and genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Abdulrahaman & Kerim were welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed.They even book tours!
Breakfast was fresh and filling every morning, and the views were incredible — especially at sunrise.
The water pressure was low but we still had an amazing time!

This hotel is a joke. We booked a room for two and was fully paid online. Came to checkin they refused to let me and my partner check-in in one room saying that we need to provide a marriage certificate to be able to stay in one room together. Not only that they were trying to scam us for more money then we were asked to leave the hotel.
Also if you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you as the hotel is on the main road and it’s very loud and noisy area.
