I was moved to this hotel after my room in Habu Pyramids View Hotel was unavailable due to maintenance (this is part of the same group). Although the situation was strange, Mohamed took extra care to made sure I was comfortable with the accommodation. The service including check in and breakfast was very good and the rooftop view is unmatched. Rooms left a bit to be desired (stain in toilet, boiler not plugged in, AC remote missing) but overall good value for only $20 a night.

The hotel is amazing! If i could give 10 star i would.
The staff are very friendly and are willing to help you with everything your heart desires.

The tour guide(s) are not just tour guides. They are more than family. They are absolutely amazing!!!!
They take you to all the amazing places and help you with everything.

We did not just feel like we were welcome but more !! We felt like this is our second home.

Before my arrival, I made a call to the hotel to clarify everything about my reservation and to double-check the price. However, when I arrived at the hotel at the time of my check-in, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that there was no room available for me. They offered me a room in another hotel but said I would need to pay more. When I mentioned that I had already called to confirm everything beforehand, they simply dismissed my concerns and offered no explanation for the mismanagement.

I felt extremely frustrated and disappointed, as this was not the level of service I expected. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue calmly, they insisted that the only option was the room at the other hotel with additional charges ,

It’s a perfect blend of history, comfort — an unforgettable stay for anyone visiting Egypt!”.
