Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. From the very first moment, they made us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience.
One of the staff members (Saif) was especially outstanding. He helped us reserve a table at a fantastic restaurant, personally drove us there and back, and even treated us to delicious local juices on the way home. His kindness, generosity, and professionalism made our trip even more special.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the facilities were excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Every member of the team was caring, attentive, and always happy to help.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to everyone for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! 😊

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They helped arrange tours, dinner reservations, transportation, and made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids—you truly can’t beat waking up to that view. They made traveling Egypt so easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!

As we arrived to our hotel, we were met by the staff who were very welcoming and friendly! They are very accomodating and go above and beyond to make your experience great! One of the workers (Saif) went the extra mile to not only guide us around the town, but chauffeured us to and from our dinner reservations! He gave us pointers and tips about the area and showed us different places on our way back! He even got us some cool drinks to try (they were really good). Another awesome thing about this place is that they provide you with mango juice and coconut milk that taste absolutely incredible!! Our room overall was very clean, beautiful and had great facilities. The view is absolutely spectacular! Better than the photos you see online. The hotel is also close to a range of restaurants and stores too! Thank you for making our experience really great!
