Another wonderful family weekend at a place that truly feels like home. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years, and it has always remained my comfort zone—consistent, welcoming, and full of great memories.
A special thank you to Maria and Mohamed at the front desk for their warm hospitality and professionalism, and to Mr. Tamer from the management team for always making sure everything runs smoothly and that guests are genuinely enjoying their stay.
It’s this level of care and personal attention that keeps bringing us back year after year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Pyramids Resort. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Donia at the reception for being incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to solve any issue with a smile. I would also like to thank Mr. Khaled, the restaurant manager, and Wesam, the restaurant host, for their exceptional hospitality. They were always cheerful, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable.

I very recomend JAZ hotel. It’s clean, cozy and the territory is very picturesque and big. The pool I liked very much it’s fit for adults and for children because it has different levels of deep. The hotel is designed in a very interesting way: it has small one-story rooms with access to a picturesque landscape.
I’d especially like to commend the hotel staff. They’re ready to solve your problems or requests 24/7. I’d especially like to mention manager Maria and the on-site restaurant manager, Hasan. They do a great job, are helpful, and are kind, and interacting with them is always a joy. It’s important to me when people are not only professional but also pleasant to talk to. I’d be happy to visit this hotel again.

Had a lovely stay at Jaz Pyramids Resort. The room was comfortable and clean, beds were good, though our minifridge stopped working from day one and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Hot water was reliable (just give it a minute to run, like other guests mentioned), with decent pressure. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout — service really stood out.
We booked half board: breakfast is a generous buffet, genuinely superb with plenty of variety, while dinner is a sit-menue.
The gardens and grounds were lovely as always.
Gym is decent and clean, Spa session with Jehan was great!
Two downsides: the hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit, and the paint smell was quite strong in places. Also disappointing that the kids’ area was out of service — would’ve been great for our little one.
Overall a good stay, just hoping the renovations wrap up soon!

This place is absolutely fabulous, The staff were all very welcoming and helpful,the rooms were extremely comfortable, the meals they offered and the whole atmosphere of the place is amazing. 20/20 for one staff member Maria who went out of her way to help us as one of our bags had not been put onto the same flight as us and being able to get in contact with the uber we had taken as a phone has slipped out of our pocket so that he came back straight away with the phone. Maria made us feel reassured as she helped sort it all out and always had a beautiful smile and happy manner.
If ever you are here please please stay here you will not regret it.
