Review of Falcon Heaven Hotel – Scam and Unprofessional Management

This place was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the beginning, the management acted unprofessional and dishonest. They convinced me to stay for my entire trip with the promise of a discounted price, but later refused and instead charged me almost double the regular rate.

During my stay, I constantly had to fight with them just to get basic supplies like toilet paper. The hotel also suffered from repeated water and electricity outages, which made it very uncomfortable for my family. A few days before leaving, they even demanded that I pay for their electricity and top up their meter, which was completely unacceptable.

The harassment from management was nonstop. Every morning they would knock on my door and call me, pushing me to extend my stay and always asking for cash payments. The worst incident happened on my last night: just before midnight, while my kids were asleep, the staff aggressively banged on my door, called my phone repeatedly, and demanded that I leave immediately—even though I had already paid until noon the next day. They even cut the electricity in my room, leaving my kids scared and crying.

I had to call the authorities, and after almost 90 minutes of stress, screaming, and harassment, the police arrived. They confirmed that the hotel management was lying and forced them to turn the electricity back on and let us stay until our flight. The fact that the owner and management stood outside my door in the middle of the night shows just how unprofessional and hostile they are.

This was a horrible experience that ruined the end of my trip. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Falcon Heaven Hotel at all costs. It is a scam, the management is aggressive and dishonest, and no family should ever go through what mine went through.

I like the place so much , it make me feel the warm of egypt , the second floor flat , give me the advantage of hearing people talk and feel the reality of people kindness , the place is not classy and not local it is between so i feel so happy and safe and being on own natural don’t need to be fake

I really loved this place(hotel) very comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. And the rooms are clean and good. The staff will help you take your stuff downstairs and upstairs from your stay to your leave. Love it.
