A very nice and quiet place to stay in. The staff are very polite and friendly. The location is near to all essential services and supplies.
The neighborhood is modern and highclass.

Not clean, actually it’s DIRTY (floor, walls, kitchen and furniture. They will charge you for the cleaning if you requested it. second hand furniture. TVs are garbage, WIFI internet is useless when available, most of the time is off. Well over priced. DON’T GO THERE.

One of the worst experience in my life , if there is a rate that is lower than one star i would have give it zero , the staff are rude , no respect and even no service , they don’t know how to treat customers , i will never try it again , not recommended to anyone
Horrible customer service, It was a nightmare..please don’t make a mistake and book in this place. The manager of the place Lobna was very rude she wasn’t honest. They had construction in the building for the 2 month, she keeps saying everyday that they will stop but they didn’t till i left. Horrible place

The room not clean.. the tv is broken.. the heater not working.. the staff speak with the customers in disrespect.. very bad experience
