We booked through Booking.com with the option to pay by card, but upon check-in they insisted on cash.
They gave us a smaller room than the one we booked, keeping the same price, and it was dirty; the bathroom had traces of previous guests and stained sheets.
There’s not much to do in the area on foot.
Interestingly, an excellent review appeared on our account through Booking.com…
The only positive note was the extremely kind and helpful driver.

Worst hotel ever, my reservation was cancelled when I came to check in at 4pm and no one even called or informed us about it! The manager “Mr Ahmed” who’s supposedly the deputy manager of the hotel treated us badly and with no respect and kept saying different stories about why the reservation was cancelled, lastly in his opinion he wanted us to go to another hotel under his management but to pay double the rate we agreed on!!!!! What kind of hotel is this? What hospitality is this???? Worst hotel I have ever tried to book in my life , wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever.

There was a nice view. We had breakfast. Had lil poo. And then left.
WiFi not good.
They kept us awake till 4am to sell their tours.
They didn’t let us sleep and messed around with the AC for 20 minutes.
Food was aight.
But wow. Those pyramids. Check em out. There’s not just one. There’s 3.

This is a fantastic location. The views of the pyramids from the roof are incredible. This is an excellent budget choice for the area. It is a little hard to find, but with a good local driver, you shouldn’t have too much trouble. As an added bonus, you get to see the pyramid light show from the rooftop.

The Panorama View Pyramids accommodation exceeded all my expectations! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was simply fantastic: plentiful, delicious. The service was friendly and attentive in every way, and I truly felt that guest satisfaction was their top priority. Additionally, their program organization was outstanding, with everything perfectly planned, making the stay even more special. We see the most famous places in Egypt whit Mohamed. With our private guid we spend two days. That was the easiest way to visit the city with your private guide and private car. I am completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly pleasant and carefree getaway
