This “hotel” does not actually exist. When we arrived at night, we realised there was no real hotel there, only a sign with the name. We had to book another hotel for the entire week. The surroundings were very bad — poverty, rubbish everywhere, and it felt unsafe, especially arriving at night. It was a very frightening experience. We later checked Google reviews and saw that we were not the first people to be misled.

This hotel is very new, having just opened. The rooms are new and well-equipped, and quite clean. The view of the Egyptian Museum is stunning. The only downside is the location, as access is very difficult; most taxis get lost. The location on the second floor isn’t immediately obvious, as the building houses several hotels, but we received a very warm welcome upon arrival – perfect hospitality. This hotel has great potential, especially at the current room prices. However, if they plan to raise prices, the room finishes will need improvement.

I made a reservation through booking and it was confirmed from both booking and the property. I could hardly reach the location and gave them a call to make sure it correct. Someone answered that my reservation was cancelled because of a touristic visit at the Grand Egyptian museum! And they shifted my reservation to another hotel of theirs and they confirmed that they sent me an email that they cancelled my reservation. They sent me the location and it was an awful place and I left immediately. I checked my e-mail and couldn’t find any emails from their side! Even they didn’t contact me through booking as they did before to confirm!
I called them to deny receiving any notifications of cancellation that could save my time and effort, someone answered that they have maintenance at the place!! Thats why they cancelled. And when I mentioned I will post a review, he ended up the call!
Awful service and communication.. An awful experience!!
