Pyramids way

booked this place through Booking 5 days in advance as a 3-star hotel, not a “hotel inn”.

When we arrived at 3:00 PM (even though the check-in time is 12:00 PM), we called to ask for the location, and we were shocked to be told:
“There is no reservation under your name.”

The behavior of the owner’s son, Mohamed, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He has no manners or customer service skills, and he left me and my family on the street, speaking to me in very offensive and unacceptable language.

Despite the fact that the mistake was completely their fault, they refused to accommodate us. Instead of taking responsibility, they sent someone to apologize and then tried to move us to other hotels that were totally unsuitable for us.

The worst part is that we spent around 8 hours on the street searching for another hotel, while I was with a small baby and my mother, which was a very difficult and inhumane situation.

We had to call for help and file an official report about what happened.

I am extremely disappointed that a place with this level of dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and disrespect is allowed to operate and deal with tourists in my country.
A humiliating and unacceptable experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone

Excellent location near pyramids. Clean rooms. Small family business. Young Boys running the hotel. Very honest people.

Value for every penny you pay them..

They are straight forward boys. Don’t try to rip you off unlike others…
