Despite the location, price and views in the rooftop, the hotel was a complete disaster. They offered breakfast in the morning, around 08.00 but no one shows at that time so you’ll wait at least 40 mins.
During the night there are people discussing really loudly inside the hotel, and outside the hotel (windows are really thin and some of them broken). They didn’t offer me to clean the room nor change towels.
Also during the payment they rounded up the price even without ask me first. Definitely, don’t go.
Our stay at this hotel in Cairo, near the Pyramids and the Sphinx, was an unfortunate experience. We had booked through Booking.com, drawn by the appealing photos and proximity to the historical sites. However, upon our late arrival due to a flight delay, we were immediately asked by the reception to cancel our Booking.com reservation, confirm that we hadn’t stayed there, and re-book directly with the hotel. This tactic seemed intended to avoid paying the commission to Booking.com and to prevent any potential negative reviews.
The reality of the hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. The structure was rundown, with dilapidated and foul-smelling rooms that were smoky and extremely noisy. The rooms lacked basic amenities like towels, and everything was filthy—from the floors to the furniture. Communication with the staff was also frustratingly difficult, as they did not speak a word of English, making any issue harder to resolve.
The “breakfast with a view” on the rooftop terrace was no better. Although it offered a stunning view of the pyramids, the breakfast itself was severely lacking. There was barely anything to eat, and we had to wait over 40 minutes for three slices of banana and reheated coffee.
In summary, this was an experience to forget. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel, as it is misleadingly presented online and fails to meet even the most basic standards.

Extremely filthy room, employees smoking and partying with loud music on reception at night. Never seen anything like this. Avoid at all cost.
