My week-long stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. I was really lucky to get a room with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the pyramids for an unbeatable price.
The host, Osama, is very helpful and fulfilled all my requests.
The accommodation is newly renovated and the furnishings are satisfactory. Air conditioning and a refrigerator are provided; only a dining table in the room and a television would have been desirable.
The only drawbacks were the large construction site for the new metro and the many mosquitoes from the nearby golf course. I hadn’t expected that in November. But the hotel can’t be held responsible for that. The host ordered some repellent for me from a pharmacy. You should definitely bring repellent if you want to sit on the balcony in the evenings.
The location is far from the city center and entertainment venues, but overlooks the pyramids.
The service is excellent, especially from Ms. Sabah, who is in charge of the accommodation; she is very respectful.
Never again!!! I paid for breakfast that I never had even though I had notified the manager on the day of my arrival that the next day my tour started at 8. There was no hot water.. I took a cold shower. It has a view yes!! But the windows are so dirty that you can’t see outside. There was not a glass of water to drink or a waste basket. The information about how the elevator works was incomplete, so I couldn’t go up to the floor in the apartment at night when I returned and there was no one at the reception. AND BE CAREFUL, NEVER BOOK A TOUR THAT THEY OFFER YOU!!!! They are not bad people but many unorganized and unprofessional. The hotel is essentially an apartment arranged in rental rooms. Nothing more!!
They changed our rooms without warning (we ended up in a single bed for two), and they entered the rooms (we knew this because the lights were on and the air conditioning was off).
The breakfast was disappointing; there wasn’t even coffee.
The shower didn’t work; we had to wash at the tap.
The view is stunning, but our last few days of vacation were ruined.
