Easy Rental

Honestly, the location is excellent.

I’d give it 4 stars for cleanliness.
The rooms are okay, not very spacious, but fine. There’s a nice seating area and a lovely view outside.
There’s a small mall with a coffee shop and a few clothing and light shopping stores.

What I liked most was the security; security personnel are present at all times.
It’s suitable for families and very nice for them; I highly recommend it. According to them, the apartments have three or two bedrooms, a living room, bathrooms, and a kitchen. (The kitchen is the best part of the apartments; it has everything and is brand new.) Don’t miss it, especially for conservative families.

Very disappointing experience with Easy Rental. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived, we were informed that they could not host us and refused to provide the accommodation we had reserved.

The communication and support were very poor. They left my family and me without a place to stay, forcing us to urgently search for another option and causing significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs.

Even worse, they have not returned my money despite not providing the accommodation. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility toward customers.

A confirmed reservation should be honored, and if there is a problem, customers should receive a proper explanation, immediate support, and a full refund. I hope Easy Rental improves their service and customer handling to prevent other customers from facing the same situation.
