Do not come here if you have a schedule to keep. My appointment was over an hour ago. After being told by the receptionist that the wait would be “15 to 30 minutes,” I have now been sitting here for an hour and a half—and I just found out two more patients are still ahead of me. Delays happen, but lying about the wait time and managing the schedule this poorly is completely unprofessional.
