Honestly I had the best experience in this branch ! Special Dr Marina Botros, she was very comforting and friendly
She really knows what she is doing and have a great way in explaining the treatment
Highly recommended !

Very unfortunate experience and this is not the first time. Wouldnt recommend to go there for birthmark/ Tattoo removal.
I have a tiny birthmark on my cheek and back in 2024 I had contacted this clinic to book me a session for Qswitched laser in 5th Settlement branch and it was confirmed, only to receive a call before my session advising me that the machine is not in the branch. I wasnt that keen at the time so I let it go.
This year I thought I would give it another chance, I called the hotline, clearly stated what I wanted to do and asked about the machine, they confirmed its in the 5th Settlement branch and advised me of a confirmed appointment at 3pm. When I arrived at the clinic, they took me to the hair removal room!! I explained this is not what I booked, the doctor started talking about the machine not being effective for birthmarks?! I felt like she is not the doctor I was confirmed with so I asked her and indeed she wasnt and didnt even know that the Qswitched laser machine is in the branch (misadvised me that its not in the 5th Settlement branch but when I told her I confirmed before coming, she rechecked with the staff). Reception then told me my doctor will be here at 4pm, so I waited. Doctor was nice but when asked about the price for the session and effect, she said she cant guarantee the effect from the first time (like cant guarantee any change) and left me few minutes to check the price with the reception then told me its 3K per session. Although the hotline did mention price range 2k to 6k, but I thought it would be 2K since its a very tiny birthmark! I asked to know the breakdown of the price, if it depends on size or number of pulses, doctor said to check with reception. I went back to the reception to inquire, the girl was nice but again didnt sound confident to provide accurate and fair answers, just said it depends on the size/ power used and to check with the doctor?! I felt like going round in circles, no affirmative answers, no clear prices and all this with no guarantee that there could be a slight effect?! So I am paying 3K just to check if the machine might be beneficial or not?! I felt I was being robbed so decided not to proceed. Went to reception to pay the consultation fees (Which was confirmed through hotline around 500 pounds), only to be asked to pay 650 pounds!!
To be honest, the staff are polite and nice, but forget professionalism. I feel like medically I cant trust anyone at that place. The whole clinic doesnt seem to have the knowledge compared to the prices they are asking for so I wouldnt recommend them at all, at least for birthmark/Tattoo removal services.
One more advise, when the hotline agent sends a. Confirmation, ask them to include the prices in written form so they wouldnt ask you for more at the clinic.

They are the worst when it comes to punctuality. Appointment at 2:15 to start at 4pm. absolutely ridiculous. They let people they know in front of you and keep just you’ll be in 10 mins for 1:30hr. Totally unprofessional. The dr is great tho.
