Please be aware that this hospital over charges you. Specially if you weren’t egyptian. They even overcharge for the little things like gloves!!? This is really bad for the health care industry I hope this model never repeats over other hospitals in Egypt

Very disappointing experience. The quality of care was poor, and the Customer Relations Manager was unprofessional and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Instead of resolving issues, there was a lack of empathy, communication, and accountability. I expected much better from a healthcare provider.

The hospital is an absolute disaster. They charged us for X-ray procedures that were never performed – a complete scam. Don’t go there. Go shifa Hospital or choose another facility instead. It’s pure fraud.
We had a major argument with them because they couldn’t explain why they were charging us for something that was never done. None of the doctors there were willing to perform an operation for 100,000 EGP.
We then went to a second hospital, and they told us that surgery isn’t even necessary — the injury can be treated conservatively without an operation.
