I don’t typically write reviews, but when exceptional service is consistently provided, I believe it deserves recognition. This is my fourth or fifth time renting from this company, and they have exceeded my expectations on every occasion.
Ms. Noha and Ms. Nourhan consistently demonstrate outstanding professionalism, clarity, and courtesy. They are thorough in their communication, leaving no questions unanswered, and they make the entire rental process seamless and stress-free.
Because of this consistently excellent experience, I confidently recommend this company to friends and family and will continue to do so. My sincere thanks to Ms. Noha, Ms. Nourhan, and the entire team at this location, including the drivers who handle vehicle drop-off and pickup.
Exceptional service all around please keep up the great work.

I had a great experience renting with Avis in Egypt. They brought the car to my door and picked it up. They had great communications and provided full transparency on costs and prices. Will certainly rent again with them!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with car rentals. It was my 1st time to try Avis and everything went pretty good. Customer service was very professional, the car was new and the price was good.
I will be definitely come back to Avis in the future.
