This wasn’t our first time staying here, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The warm welcome, wonderful hospitality, and attention to every little detail truly made our stay special.
We were especially touched when the team surprised us with a complimentary anniversary cake after learning that we were celebrating our anniversary. ❤️
A big thank you to the entire staff, especially Mr. George at the reception, who truly impressed me with his kindness and exceptional courtesy, and Rawda at the restaurant during breakfast. From the moment I landed in Cairo, the service was exceptional. Yasser at the airport and Mohammed the driver made the shuttle transfer smooth and stress‑free. Upon arrival, Mina and Jouvanna welcomed me warmly and introduced me to the new in‑room check‑in process. They accompanied me directly to my room, explained both hotel and room facilities, and immediately arranged a room change when I requested it.
