⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Cairo Citystars
Another wonderful stay at InterContinental Cairo Citystars. As a Platinum Elite Ambassador member, I have experienced many IHG properties, and what continues to stand out here is the genuine hospitality and the people who go the extra mile to make guests feel valued.
A special thank you to Dunya from Food & Beverage for her warm hospitality, friendliness, and exceptional attention to our family.
Chef Ehab Jaafar deserves special recognition for preparing a special liver dish for me based on my personal request, even though it was not on the regular menu. That level of flexibility and personal care is what makes a stay memorable.
I would also like to thank Ali Adel from Housekeeping for his attention to the important details of cleanliness and for making sure everything was exactly as we needed.
And a special appreciation to Hamada El Badry from Engineering, who professionally and carefully handled the installation of bidet sprays in our room. It may sound like a small request, but his attention to detail and professionalism made a real difference to our comfort.
These are the moments that create loyalty to a hotel. The facilities are important, but the people are what truly make the experience.
Thank you to the entire InterContinental Cairo Citystars team. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again. ❤️

My experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Omar at the Reception for his professionalism, outstanding guest service skills, and cheerful, helpful attitude. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mohamed Gamal and Doha from the Club Lounge team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. They all made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

I have always loved IHG Hotels & Resorts, especially InterContinental, which is my favorite brand. That’s why I chose to stay at InterContinental Cairo during this trip.
Every member of the staff has been genuinely kind and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Mohamed and Shaimaa in the Club Lounge. Their warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality stood out even compared to the excellent service I have experienced at other hotels. They made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I sincerely appreciate their outstanding service, and thanks to them, my stay at this hotel has been a wonderful and memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

My family arrived 7 days ago, and we had an amazing stay.
The staff was very accommodating. They had us check in earlier than the usual time due to the early arrival of the flight.
They changed our room when we asked to change it to an updated one. Room was spotless, and everyone greeted us by name every morning and gave us all the necessities we asked for.
The concierge is super helpful providing guests with reasonable transportation and tours.
In addition the hotel houses 5 star restaurants, spa, and fitness center, and a convenient access to the mall.
Finally, it is very safe and you feel once you check in as if you are part of a family not a guest.
This hotel has every thing you need to enjoy a perfect, peaceful vacation!!

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. I especially appreciated the quality of the bed and the beautiful view.
The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The facilities, including the restaurant and amenities, were top-notch and added to the overall experience.
What really stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
