There was a cockroach in the room. Bedsheets not clean and room was smelling like smoke since that’s allowed everywhere in the building.

The hotel is good for a short stay of one or two nights. However, it should be rated as a 4-star hotel, not 5 stars.
The rooms are very clean, and the view is excellent.
The restaurant plays loud music at night, which can be disturbing if you prefer peace and quiet. Breakfast is not very good, and you will likely need to eat outside most days.
The staff feel more like they are in a military-style environment rather than working in hospitality. Also, there is a complete absence of female staff in the hotel.

Very noisy hotel. To much traffic and cars honking horn all night. They do not allow alchol in the room. If you buy anything from outside, you can not take it to your room. No outsude guests are allowed in room.
The hotel is clean and you get value for your money. I got complimentary breakfast which was good. Air-conditioning work fine. Bed clean

My stay at the hotel was excellent.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade without even asking, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional — especially Ms. Menna at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and polite. They also allowed me to have a late check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The café was great as well — prices are very reasonable, the food is tasty, and there’s live singing every Thursday and Friday, which creates a really nice atmosphere.
Highly recommended — great service, friendly staff, and wonderful hospitality.
