Very disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and had to change my room twice because the air conditioning was not working properly. The room service and overall responsiveness of the staff were extremely poor throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the service standards did not improve despite repeated complaints, which made the experience quite frustrating. Since I had already paid in advance, I had no choice but to continue my stay.
Additionally, I noticed that 200 EGP was missing from my bag during my stay. I raised a complaint for that didn’t got any response for that, I would advise guests to keep their cash and valuables secure as a precaution.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others and would not choose to stay here again. There are much better options available nearby that offer significantly better service and value for money.

We stayed here twice as part of a Trip-A-Deal tour in May/June 2026. The hotel is immaculate with a great breakfast room, coffee bar lounge, large sitting area in foyer, lifts to all floors and great rooms. It also has a great pool area. The Severn Bar has happy hour in the evenings and serves food. WiFi is included in the room fee.

Fantastic hotel, staff are excellent, professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The ladies who clean the rooms do a great job, Habiba and Fatma. We come every year to visit family and always impressed with this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Madonna at the guest relations. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made me feel valued throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable — I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others
