After spending three wonderful years at El Safwa, I can honestly say this was far more than just an apartment. It became our home.

Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. Whether it was answering our questions, assisting with any requests, or arranging for the maintenance team to respond even at odd hours, they were always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.

What makes El Safwa truly special is the people. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine care created an environment where we always felt welcomed and valued.

This is also the place where two of our children grew up, making countless precious memories that our family will treasure forever. Because of that, leaving was much more emotional than we ever imagined.

To the entire El Safwa team, thank you for everything you have done for us over the past three years. Your outstanding service and unwavering support made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful.

We will truly miss this place and everyone who made it feel like home. We sincerely hope to return one day.

Highly recommended to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a place that genuinely feels like home.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights… it was amazing all around… small team but very efficient and friendly… the landscape is unique and special, it is very green with beautiful tropical plants… room was clean and comfortable with a reasonable size full kitchen… probably needs a bit of attention to the bedding and the curtains as well.
Location is perfect near a luxurious mall.
