I recently stayed at prime residence point 90 and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well organized. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.The location was excellent, close to point 90 mall 5 mins walk. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help especially Fatimah. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made my stay very comfortable.

I often come to this hotel when I’m in Cairo. It’s a small, kind of boutique hotel. Rooms are clean, service is great and kind (especially the persons at the reception) and location is convenient in New Cairo. I highly recommend it for those who need to enjoy their accomodation stay in Cairo.

I’ve stayed here four times already, and it will continue to be my go-to place for every future trip to Cairo. What makes this place truly special is how safe and welcoming it feels to be there. I always feel completely at ease here. The environment is secure, calm, and comforting. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind. They are always available 24/7, no matter the time of day, to assist with anything you may need. You can truly feel that they do everything possible to make each guest feel at home. Every detail is thought through to ensure your comfort, and you’ll find everything you might need during your stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines such professionalism with genuine warmth. I always come back because I know I’ll be taken care of—and I’ll definitely return again on my next visit to Cairo.

I stayed here with my sister for a whole week. The place is so modern and clean you will be surprised. The room furniture and amenities were absolutely wonderful. I got a studio and it was very spacious.
The staff were great and on call 24/7 special thanks to Samah, Ali, Khalid and Ahmed.
I was pretty annoying but they attended my needs very carefully.
The place is at a great location, the mall is within a walking distance.
The Residence provides you with everything you need, as soon as we walked in they gave us important business cards like the nearest pharmacy and supermarket.
This place is definitely going to be my usual place when visiting New Cairo.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to 90 Points Mall, and getting around by taxi was easy and reasonably priced. The room was well furnished and included everything we needed: a fridge, oven, and even a washing machine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
The only downside was that I requested a room make-up by placing the label, but unfortunately, it wasn’t done when I returned.
Overall though, it was a very good experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again!
