Very bad service from staff although Mohamed and Zaid were the only good things about this hotel. Very low standard for the price ( Especially compared to the UK) which has better hostels than this supposed elite boutique which was neither elite or boutique! with dirty broken bathroom facilities, poor communication and very noisy 😢

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. The room was dirty and unhygienic and there was body hair on the bed and bedsheets. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. On top of that, the reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude.
This was a terrible experience, and I definitely
• would not recommend this hotel to anyone
