At first I was sceptical about staying here after seeing some of the reviews but I gave it a shot anyway – I’m so glad I took the chance to stay here! The rooms are amazing you really get luxury and comfort – this is coming from someone who has travelled to more than 60 countries I was pleasantly surprised with Hayah Inn.
I want to also give a special shout out to Abdul Rahman, concierge. He was brilliant warm welcoming smile and positive attitude and always willing to help he was really kind in making my requests that I had about the room accommodating.

The service was very bad and the reception staff were not helpful at all. Unfortunately, the overall service in this place is not good and the experience was very disappointing
