The room is very tidy, cleanliness 10/10, the treatment is not like a customer or hotel management, the treatment is like family, 24-hour service, the politeness in dealing is at the highest level, the smile never leaves their faces, the amount of safety and happiness is indescribable, may God bless them.

The employee, Nour, was incredibly helpful, polite, and always had a lovely smile. The room was clean and comfortable, the building was safe, the elevator required a card, and the location was amazing—just a 3-5 minute walk to Abbas El Akkad Street! 😍😍😍❤️🤍 A wonderful stay; I will definitely stay again, God willing.
