Horrible company and employees. They sent yesterday a young man that looked like a thief who tried to convince me that we needed maintenance. He used a pen to tell me that the water was not suitable for consumption and that I had to pay 2200 pounds instead of the usual 320. I used the same pen on a bottle of mineral water and the results were the same. He became rude and started saying we don’t trust him. He then changed the filters and I asked to try again the pen. The result was the same. He then started to say it was because of the company probably a defect of the filters…after he left the system started leaking water. The company sent another young lad who didn’t know what he was doing. Who left after an hour and left everything opened, without saying anything and with the water still leaking. We had to call the company again and they said they will send someone else…it’s not a respectable company and their employees look like guys picked from the streets. Be careful before bringing to your house. I will for myself try to find a professional company.

Extremely unprofessional service and Faulty products
I ordered the Tank Blender, it is faulty and not working properly and I called them they said you have to take it to a service center which is 40 mins away and I don’t have a car I asked if they can come take it as I work everyday and am new to the country with no car and they said no you’re stuck with it if you don’t go to the service center
They even said they’ll call me back and they didn’t and never o after all my calls
Basically I paid for a broken item that they don’t have the decency to replace or take back.

I bought a tank pro filter with the 3 phase cartridge. From the very start, when it was time to replace the cartridge, the cartridge was stuck and simply wouldn’t come out. I called customer service and they refused to admit that there’s a clear issue with the product. They finally sent someone over and the man used all the manly strength to finally get the cartridge out. Now, I’m in the same situation again! The cartridge is stuck! What a horrible product. I will never buy anything from tank again. And I will tell my entire social circle to not trust this company.

I bought tank pro s 4 water filter and it started leaking from the base(hose connector) after only two weeks of normal usage .i also found that the insurance is pre-dated 6 months before the purchase date ,bottom line very bad quality product therefore I do not recommend it at all

I would rate – 5 if applicable.
They would take your money with a contract for installation and 6 month maintenance. Then you would end up lost waiting for the technician who would do wrong installation and never come back to fix.
Raise as many complaints as you want. No one would call you back or follow up.
Almost raised 3 compliants with no response. The next step would be heading to consumer affairs.
I regret every penny for this company.
