It has minimal services like pools, security,lakes,seudi nearby,mosque nearby not in the compound,bars and only 2 restaurants available the style of the building has a very unique style I live here and I would advise anyone to live here if they got the chance

Mountain View Hyde Park is a textbook example of how developers abuse homeowners after taking their money.

I bought a high-value villa in Mountain View Hyde Park, New Cairo, believing I was investing in quality living. What I actually bought was harassment, arbitrary punishment, and complete post-sales neglect.

Despite pets being allowed and no clause in my contract prohibiting dogs, I have been fined repeatedly for letting my dog into my own private garden. I am also accused of “noise complaints” while I am physically present with my dog — yet Mountain View refuses to show any evidence, despite claiming they have videos. Fining homeowners without proof is unacceptable and deeply unethical.

When I disputed these fines, my unit was blocked from all services, including garden maintenance. As a result, my garden — a living asset I paid for — is now deteriorating. Denying essential services as retaliation is not community management; it is coercion.

There is no accountability whatsoever. The hotline claims it “cannot help.” On-site administration staff are rude, aggressive, and shockingly unprofessional. During one visit, I felt verbally attacked and physically mishandled, and complaints about this behavior were completely ignored.

Mountain View is extremely friendly before you sign the contract. After handover, homeowners are treated as liabilities, not clients. Luxury branding on the outside, intimidation and silence on the inside.

This experience has destroyed any trust I had in Mountain View as a developer. If you are considering buying from them, understand this clearly: once they have your money, you are on your own.

You have a feeling that you’re in Europe, the roads are bright, the houses 🏡 are unbelievable. Really a state of beauty! Would love to own a house/apartment here such an amazing place!
