Very very bad experience. It was not like that before to be honest. The administration and the way they treat customers are totally unacceptable. I regret to say that but honestly it is totally not recommended.

I trained here for around half a year and absolutely loved it! All the coaches are really nice and provide excellent instructions and everyone is really welcoming to beginners too

Great place for martial art training. That was my first time to attend Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) session. I have been training BJJ for over two years in Dallas, Texas, US under John Machado. The Fight Zone (TFZ) facility is in the basement of in a private villa in 5th district in New Cairo. The group I trained with mostly white belts, the instructor has blue belt but well experienced. The BJJ training main focus of is on MMA, as well TFZ focuses on MMA competition. I would go again for another session, but for higher belt, it could be another GYM which I will discover during my current visit to Egypt in 2019. I gave it four stars for two reasons: lack of ventilation, the address is not clear on their FB, the posted schedule is not up-to-date, no one answer the phone, but the answer the facebook messages but not in the same day.
