I had an excellent experience at INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES and I’m very happy with my decision to study German there.
I recently finished my German studies, and the experience was truly amazing. From the beginning until the end, everything was well organized and professional.
The Admin Operations team was very helpful, responsive, and supportive whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. The teachers were also highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and they made the learning experience enjoyable and effective.
I’m really satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES to anyone looking to learn German in a professional and supportive environment.

I enrolled in a German course with them, and it was a completely unsuccessful experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
1. Poor administrative organization and disorganization: Frequent teacher absences. To change the instructor, the course was suspended for two weeks. The replacement they brought in had a terrible and disrespectful attitude, and they changed him again after wasting a lot of time.
2. Lack of follow-up and communication: There’s absolutely no way to contact the instructor outside of the session. Their approach is simply to explain things on time, and that’s it. They don’t engage with you at all afterward (whether you study or not, if you have a question, if you want to review… there’s no interest whatsoever).
3. Misleading reviews and restrictive payment methods: They only give positive reviews in exchange for requiring students to write a good review to receive a discount! They also take half the payment upfront, trapping you and making it impossible for you to leave if you’re not satisfied with the service.
A word of advice to anyone considering enrolling: If you absolutely must, sign up for just one level to try it out, and don’t pay for multiple levels upfront.

Ultimately, they tried to contact me and resolve the issue, but I had already finished the course. I hope the academy will improve.

Don’t bother with this centre at all!
We signed up for an intensive German course with them and paid the full fee upfront, only to deal with total unreliability. The teacher constantly misses classes, and management notifies us about cancellations hours after the class was supposed to start! On top of that, their platform keeps freezing and the audio cuts out terribly, even with a great internet connection.
They clearly have zero respect for their clients’ time. Save yourself the headache and don’t fall into the same trap we did!

A terrible experience. I don’t recommend anyone register and waste their time with them. The level of education and organization is extremely poor. And the VIP course offers nothing.
(Don’t be fooled by their advertisements; communication before payment is completely different from communication after payment.)
