Very bad experience recently, we used to love this place, but had a visit yesterday and it was horrendous, they forgot some doors that leads outside open, some of the keys were not working fine, jump scares and effects were so cheap and bad, staff were not that interested and experienced as before.. they didn’t even see us on the cameras when we asked for clues, it is so sad to see this, especially that we used to go there over the years for than 8 times or so.. really sad to see this.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. I wanted to be more immersed in the horror, but my companions were very anxious. The people were incredibly attentive and respectful; they knew how to make everyone smile. Honestly, number one.
