The service is terrible. There are no buses from the hotel, and we have to wait two hours before and after each prayer to get to and from the Haram. Some days I even had to take a taxi at my own expense to make it to the Haram for prayers.

As if that weren’t enough, entering the Haram from the eastern side is a disaster. The area is under construction, and we have to walk more than a kilometer and cross an overpass to reach the nearest gate to the Haram Mosque for prayers!

As for the hotel, words fail me! It’s awful, not even worth one star! The place is filthy, the plumbing is broken, the air conditioning is faulty, the electricity is out, and we didn’t see any housekeeping for eight whole days! We were dying of heat in our rooms! The floor in the hotel smells awful, like cat litter.

Everything they said when we booked turned out to be a lie. Not a single promise was kept!

I swear to God that every word I’m saying is true and documented with videos and my own voice. I paid 45,250 Egyptian pounds per person for a double room, and it’s a shame I get such awful service.

May God suffice me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. I prayed against you at the Kaaba.

And I will not recommend this to anyone in my large circle of acquaintances in the Holy Land.

Bad company, the tires were torn two times on the way , we have to wait for 2 hours and they didn’t make a discount they asked for the full amount, Dont recommend it at all
