I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your hospital’s pharmacy. During my visit, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of care I received. Firstly, the medications provided were frequently substitutes for the prescribed drugs. Secondly, there was a noticeable shortage of medication, as the quantity provided did not align with the prescribed dosage. Most concerning, however, was the unprofessional manner in which the medication was dispensed, in simple plastic bags. Such practices are unbecoming of a healthcare institution of your stature.

Probably the worst staff, system, management. They’re soo polished on the outside but they do not care about you as a patient nor as a human being. Being incredibly rude and intolerant towards patients with their attitude including their nurses! Waited for 2 hours for the doctor to even arrive at the hospital when the time for the first patient to enter was supposed to be 5pm and he arrived at 7pm. Absolutely no consideration for you or your time at all. Moreover, not so much as an apology for your wasted time and the fact that you went there in pain and stayed in pain.
