The doctor is very respectful and very skilled, and the nurses are respectful and courteous.

Unfortunately, this center is unreliable and disrespectful. They tell you to get the scans and they’ll send the report to your WhatsApp in an hour. I go to the doctor and wait for the report. I call them and they say they’ll send it right away, but I’m still with the doctor and they haven’t sent it. I call them and they don’t answer. It’s the height of negligence and provocation. And unfortunately, they charge for a terrible service. On top of that, they delay booking MRI scans. You go to book and they tell you it’s a month later, and when you complain about it, they say it could be a month and a half. It’s incredibly rude, as if there’s no one else in Alexandria. May God punish them. I will never forgive them. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.
