It’s one of the best clinics I have ever been to! Had a great experience with the laser sessions here. The clinic is very clean and the staff follows excellent hygiene protocols. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional results in a sterile environment.

Went twice to this clinic and in spite of all the good reviews the experience was a far cry from even acceptable.

First, the doctors were never on time, and the waiting time was around 1 h during each of my visits.
On my first visit, despite booking and confirming my appointment through WhatsUp, it turned out I wasn’t in fact signed up for the procedure when I came to the clinic and had to reschedule it to 2h later the same day. No apologies from the reception staff whatsoever.

But what is most concerning is the medical expertise of the staff, or rather a lack thereof.

On my second visit the doctor was on her phone all the time, texting and recording voicemails, asking me to wash my face with a cleanser/wash off the mask instead of doing it herself (isn’t this what facial procedure is about and what I’ve paid for? I can wash my face on my own at home, FOR FREE)
Also, the doctor was very clumsy (hard not to be when on your phone), so that gel/mask/cream would get into my nose and mouth, and she didn’t even seem to notice or care.

Overall, these were by far two worst cosmetology experiences I’ve had so far. Would definitely not recommend this place.
