The worest hotel experience l have ever seen.
Bad communication from the staff.
Worst service I have ever seen.
There is a bad smell everywhere.old furniture and very bad air-conditioning in the rooms

Rugs were unclean and they said they only wash it once a year.
Toilets were not working in the 1st room my family got.
AC was not working also properly and we had to argue a lot to change the room.
Most of the gym equipment were not working.
WiFi is the worst.
TVs are not working properly.
They don’t change the bed sheets, pillows, or blankets. They only change covers and sometimes they don’t even do that.
The receptionist was wearing a transparent white top under the blazer which is not proper to receive people at a facility.
The only good thing was the pool.

Honestly even at 3 stars this place is not really worth being at that location which is the only good thing about it, very very bad reception experience, in capable of handling group onboarding, even the entrance to the place is so bad that you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs because the ramp is so steep and bad that makes it unusable and unsafe due to it’s slippery nature.
We just walked out of the place and had to find another place to stay in because of how bad this place is.
They have quad rooms setup in place of triple rooms making the space quite uncomfortable and the reception is quite small and can’t handle having multiple guests at the place.

The Room was comfortable and the beds fantastic. Room service got my order wrong and didn’t bring me everything I asked for. The prices on the website are different to the prices your charged when checking in. I tried calling housekeeping as they only left 1 towel for 4 people, you would think they would have offered towels for.each person and nobody answered after several attempts at calling so I cave up. If you don’t like noise you won’t get much sleep as there is no sound proofing. The shower was great but broken and needs some updating. There was no kettle available to make coffee which meant if you want coffee you pay ridiculous prices for a cup of coffee. The breakfast was good but not enough to improve my review. I get that it is a 3 star hotel but that doesn’t mean you need to give bad service. I think I’ll take my money elsewhere next time.
