They told us the bus arrive at 12 a.m
But we wait in the street for extra 1:30 hour!
With our bags and stuff.
The resort we picked was good.

Worse company service ever, company has one man show and can’t have multiple orders in one time , very high mark up , corrupted company. Owner doesn’t know English even .

the driver started the trip without fueling the car and in the middle of the way he started to search for a station that provide diesel to fuel the car for 45 mins till he found one. This is totally unprofessional. Why he was not prepared specially that our journey was from Cairo to Alexandria only!
