This is a review from foreigners… The worst clinic you could possibly go to in Alexandria, I swear to God, and God is my witness. They misdiagnosed my cat, and I have proof. All they care about is money, and the service is terrible. The doctors are inexperienced and just starting out. They charged me for tests, but the results were wrong and weak. They diagnosed my cat with a virus, but it turned out he didn’t. His liver was failing, and I treated him. The doctor at the other clinic told me he definitely didn’t have a virus, and their diagnosis was wrong. They charge you for injections, can you imagine? My cat was sick, and I took him every day, and every time they put the injections in his IV, he charged me 35 Egyptian pounds for 1 ml of antibiotics! I swear to God, I will never forgive them for the money they take for nothing, their terrible service, their lack of follow-up, and they won’t even ask about you. The most important thing is that you paid? Exploitation, poor quality, lack of follow-up, and a lack of conscience. May God take revenge on them.

Also The clinic has advanced diagnostic equipments that I haven’t seen in other clinics, and it made a real difference in finding the correct diagnosis. On top of that, their prices are very fair and affordable.

I couldn’t thank you all enough! My cat needed two operations and I was extremely worried because he is a bit old. I was relieved though when they did all the necessary diagnostics to check if he’s eligible to be operated on or not, and the whole process went smoothly alhamdulilah thanks to the wholesome staff who showed both empathy and professionalism. They were completely honest and accurate checking up on him, and guided me to the right decision, which ia the surgery, that I took days after, despite my concerns because at this level of integrity I fully trusted them. Thankfully, the surgery went well with miminal to zero complications alhamdulilah.
I especially want to extend my gratitude to dr. Abdullah and his amazing fellow doctors, dr. Nada, dr. Sarah, and dr. Malak. ❤️
