An excellent branch

This is one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with, especially this branch. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable; every employee just passed the buck to their colleague. I felt like I was dealing with a government agency, not an investment bank. It was the first time I’d ever entered a respectable bank, and the employee was on her mobile phone with a friend while I waited for my transaction to be completed. Truly, anything that opens in Egypt has to take on the typical Egyptian character: unprofessionalism, indifference, disregard for people’s time, and a complete failure to address customer frustration—in fact, they deliberately provoke them. The branch is always empty, yet the employees are always fed up and take out their negativity on the customer. Thank you for the terrible experience at your branch, and I hope I never have to go back.
