I booked a double room in a nearby hotel a few hours before our late arrival (between 1 and 2 a.m.). I was told there was no problem and that they would be expecting me.
Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one at reception. Once someone finally arrived, they informed us that there were no more rooms available. They then took us to the “Alaa Eldin Hotel.”
We ended up in a small room with two single beds. The sheets weren’t clean, there was only one towel, the floor was dusty, there were exposed wires in the shower ventilation system, a lot of limescale in the showerhead, and the curtains had holes and were covered in flies. The neighborhood was disreputable, with a terrible smell of dirty horses and manure. Avoid at all costs!

One star because zero doesn’t exist, but this hotel is to be avoided at all costs! Dust everywhere on the floor, black stains on the sheets, hair, lint, and even insects on the sheets, pillows, and even the blanket.
Non-existent Wi-Fi, surprise… the towels were stained and dirty, the curtains were covered in dead flies. The heat was stifling despite the air conditioning, and the neighborhood is highly undesirable.

I swear to God, and God is my witness, they agree with you on a price, but after you move in they change their minds and increase the price. Secondly, they enter the room after you’ve submitted your paperwork.
