I ordered a keyboard, and when I arrived and tried it, the keys were stuck. I contacted them on the page, and two days later they told me I could return it. I had an emergency, and two months passed. I contacted them again and asked if it was okay to return it. They said it was fine, no problem, and that I should come to the branch. I’m from another governorate, and when I went, they told me the warranty period had expired. I told them they hadn’t said that, and when I pressed them, they said the keyboard wasn’t in the same condition because it had some dust on it. It’s normal for it to get dusty from being stored away. Terrible service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
