I bought a PC build from them a long time ago, but they didn’t include the CPU bracket.
The technician installed the CPU bracket, but there were two SATA cables; he had one installed and removed the other. The cable management was terrible.
On top of all that, the case had a large, noticeable dent and was bent. All the components were supposed to be new except for the hard drive.
A very, very bad place.
And the prices are very high compared to the market. The last time I used their build was in 2022. Bad review.
