Alexandria New Medical Center (ANMC)

The worst hospital ever and the worst ICU experience ever! The staff is unclean, unprofessional and young with no experience.

After 3 dreadful days in their so called intensive care unit my dad reported that they were too loud all the time talking and laughing without regards to the patients who are sick and some even on their death bed needing some peace and quiet, even their treatment was very unprofessional. They caused my dad to get a severe infection in his arms and no one cared to treat him nor give him the right care and I believe they didnt even notice up until WE told them!! Even then they did absolutely nothing about it!! I could talk forever about their horrible treatment but truly, they’re not worth my time.

The hospital also REEKS of cigarettes even tho I complained countless times no one cared to do anything and it was just all talk.

Save your loved ones and DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL SPECIALLY NOT THE ICU.

And for the management, shame on you all for this careless behaviour by you and your ICU nursing staff and overall this so called hospital!!!! If real action is not taken i hope that you will get what you deserve and god has eyes everywhere and inshallah our right shall be given back to us on judgment day. For everyone who caused inconvenience to any of the patients you shall pay hard on judgment day inshallah and I will never ever forgive any of you.

We had a good experience there. We mainly went there because of Dr Mohammed Galal. He’s a brilliant Anaesthetist. Very caring and follows up closely with his patient.
Nursing is not the best there tho. One nurse made an awful mistake! If it wasn’t for Allah’s mercy we would have been in totally different position.

New rooms are amazing
