I absolutely do not recommend it.
They care more about money than the patients, and there is no follow-up of any kind, nor any attention paid to any complaints. I do not recommend it.

I’ve been taking my daughter to Alexandria Pediatric Center for years, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Her pediatrician is Dr. Amer Hassan, who has cared for her since birth. He’s an exceptional doctor, incredibly dedicated and with a true calling.
He always provides very thorough follow-up, answers absolutely all my questions, and takes the time to explain everything patiently, clearly, and respectfully. He’s not only excellent with children but also with mothers: he inspires a great deal of calm and confidence, and even when you ask a lot of questions, he always answers kindly.
It’s true that there can sometimes be a bit of a wait if you don’t have an appointment, but it’s absolutely worth it. On several occasions, I’ve consulted with other doctors when he wasn’t available, and I always end up going back to him because he’s the one who truly understands my daughter’s case and is able to quickly identify what’s wrong and provide the appropriate treatment.
Thanks to his care and follow-up, my daughter, who had some health complications, is now healthy and strong. That’s something I value immensely.
I also want to highlight the center’s team. In an emergency, when my daughter accidentally ingested medication, we had to go there immediately. They performed an electrocardiogram and gastric lavage, and all the staff were incredible: very professional, attentive, and respectful. Dr. Sara was very attentive at all times, and both she and the nurses treated us with great care and compassion. Furthermore, the place is always clean and well-organized.
It is definitely a center I trust completely and will continue to visit. I especially recommend Dr. Amer Hassan, undoubtedly one of the best pediatricians in Alexandria, and even in Egypt.
