Extreme obstruction in booking an appointment with Dr. Shaimaa Elsayed Abdelmagid.
I have to call on Tuesday at 8:00 AM, and then I have to go and get a booking number, if I even get a chance to get an appointment. I spend an hour calling, and in the end, they tell me the appointment is full and I have to wait the following week. It’s the same thing for three weeks just to get a booking, and I still don’t know what to do. Finally, they tell me if I have a problem, to report it to customer service. This is rude and disrespectful of people’s efforts. May God hold them accountable.

Bad experience. I had a bilirubin test done for 80 EGP at a private hospital lab, and then they did another bilirubin test for 240 EGP, and unfortunately, the result was wrong.

Very professional service & staff. Each person working there starting from the lady that cleans the rooms from the boy delivering the meal , to the nurses and doctors . Very professional, attentive to details and treating each patient like he is the only one there . With care and dedication. The place is very Clean .
