Hospital is super good , Doctor mosaad was really professional and helpful and calm us in a great way in the surgery, place is equipped very well with everything, staff are good and polite and helpful

This is the first time I enter AUH Hospital. It looks nice from the outside and inside, and the cleanliness is good and I believe it meets standards. However, there are two very serious issues: the slowness of operations, and the way staff and nurses deal with patients.

First, the person at the hospital reception should not be working in a place like this. His casual manner of speaking, lack of attention, and the way he receives cases have nothing to do with professionalism at all. In addition, the process he follows is extremely slow. He agreed on a room and then changed it later. Of course, the mistake may not be entirely his, but when I enter a hospital like this and pay a lot of money, I expect a completely different level of treatment.

Second, the other problem is with the nursing staff. There is a lot to be said about the nurses, and I can’t mention everything, but you really need to reconsider how nurses are hired and trained, especially in how they deal with patients before even their medical training. It is unacceptable for a nurse to tell me that discharge procedures are being done while the full hospital bill has already been paid, then after more than an hour and a half of waiting, tell the companion that someone must go down to get the discharge approvals and another person must stay here waiting. At that point, the situation turned into complete chaos, like a bread bakery

An hospital built to international standards. The staff are extremely friendly. Despite the language barriers, you could feel that they want to help. The only recommendation I have is that their staff need to learn to speak English. Asides this, you can’t get better service than you will get here. By the way, their hospital wards look like hotel suites. I totally enjoyed my time here with my family
